I ordered a new FIOS router and needed to return the old one. Clicked on the verizon link to request a return kit, which always gave me error. There is another link to print the return label, so I did and printed the label. Now I tracked UP shipment, guess what, the address is wrong:

Come on Verizon! Can you fix your system? I am really frustrated! Your web page is broken. Or when it's working, it gives wrong address? 1!!
