So I am no stranger to these equiptment. As an electrical engineering with field experience, I am really getting fed up with the aronous lies and long waiting calls on the phone (multiple 3 -4 hour wait time. Some time the reps hang up the minute they pick up so you end up calling another 3 hour + wait time).
With that said to the root of the problem, this darn repeater does not work. I never get my full bandwidth capability (it goes to 75 MB - This is all LAN not wireless protocols) and recently it only goes to 21-25 MB for a short period then it drops back down. For whatever reason the array is not recognized by it. I have ask MULTIPLE times by different reperesentative for a replacement. No one is willing to send one and they all claim to have 'sent' a replacement and never provide a confirmation # or email (which they keep saying we will do it through email).
So can I please get a clean answer to why the repeater does not work and that a repeater is not sent nor a confirmation?
