After a long wait of about an hour I got transfered to a verizon representative that hung up on me for no reason, after just asking me my name. Please do take care of this issue as it shows lack of professionalism from your part. I am expecting a follow up on this issue if you, Verizon, have the minimum amount of professionalism. Since you record everything then it should be straightforward for you to find out the person that behaved in such a rude manner..
