I have no internet or Fios TV. The GFCI outlet that the ONT is plugged into was tripped earlier today. After resetting it the ONT showed a green power and internet light but the bottom light (mcoa maybe? Not in front of it at the moment) was red. I tried rebooting the ONT several times and now there are no lights on when it's plugged in. And I believe the battery in the BBU is dead. Also have tried online troubleshooting and nothing has changed. Been in hold waiting to talk to a real person at Verizon for 1:42!!!! I even have my wife calling on her phone but neither of us can get ahold of a human being. Extremely frustrating....
