service call

I just want to say I was very happy with the service I received today. We have had verizon fios for several years, and have had no issues, until yesterday. I called this morning, expecting to be on hold for awhile, and was almost immediately connected with a human, who performed some tests, saw the need for a service call. He came today, maybe later than I was originally told, but he came today, and very quickly took care of the issue. I was quite impressed. I work with the public, and usually only hear the horror stories, whether its verizon, comcast, direct tv, etc. This will keep me with verizon, although I will probably still complain about the cost! LOL Thanks
