I am trying to port forward an ark server on port 7777 and whenever I load up the server I try to check the port and it is always closed but I already have port forwarded and I have windows firewall turned off. sc of port forward rule: https://gyazo.com/e31ff85ed36d8c95b0860ee24e95c1bd .
