I recently moved after being a Verizon Customer for almost 12 years and was charged 99 dollars and taxes after being told if I move , take my equipment and called when the bill was generated they would work with me on the installation fees because I'm a good customer who has been loyal for 11 years and always paid on time. I just got off the phone and the customer service woman was heartless and said flat NO! As most of you know its differcult to choose between medicine and food and finding an extra 99$ bucks just to move. Its too bad they promise to work with me and did not. I'm a disabled Veteran and these people offered no help in any form.
