Last week I upgraded my plan from 100Mbps to 1000Mbps...However I am still getting the download speed pf 50-60 Mbps.
I called Verizon customer care and OMG!!! it so hard to talk to a real person in this company. I had to wait for 45 minutes to talk to a Tech support (based on the options I chose) but even after such a long wait I got to a representative that said that she is not from Tech support and she will connect my line for a Tech support.
At that point I asked her to set me a call back as I had lost all patience to wait.
I never received the call back though and someone closed the ticket saying that the issue is resolved.
I have never seen such a pathetic service proivider as Verizon.
Is anyone hearing?
