Hello - just this evening, my two set top boxes (no dvr) reset itself for some unknown reason. No problem there as it soon came back up. I tried logging into my gateway router to check which devices are connected and now I cannot log on. Message states that we cannot access this service and refresh page and try later. I waited.....and waited...and waited. No luck. Anyone else experiencing this issue? I could use some help on this matter. Thanks all.
