I recently switched to 100 GB service a couple of months ago and bought the Quantum Gateway Router from Verizon. The 5G is working fine but the 2.4G keeps locking up requiring a reboot. It started out as needing a reboot every 3 days or so which I could live with, but now I have to reboot it at least once per day if not multiple times a day. What do I have to do to get a replacement from Verizon? It's only a couple months old and I haven't finished paying for it via their 3 month installments?
