I switched off my Verizon FIOS service 8 months back. As with many, may others on this forum I've been getting statements every month indicating I'm owed $59 by Verizon. I've called twice - both times getting to some customer service rep after 20+ minutes of being shuffled around. Once the rep couldn't help me, the next time the rep sent me to the accounting department who said they'd take care of it. That was 3 months back.
Verizon service is absolutely the worst! I'm complaining to the BBB, FCC, and whoever else will listen.
