So not impressed with Verizon right now. I received my D Link Router 3-4 days ago, I did the self install and can’t get them to work. So I had a technician scheduled today between 8am-12pm. At 8:20 I get a text message that the repair ticket has been closed. I call support and explain the situation so they say we’ll send out a technician tomorrow (Monday). That does NOT work for me! I asked to speak with her Supervisor and she said he’ll call you in 30 minutes. Well it’s been almost 2 hours and no call. This is a joke of customer service.
