I signed up for 2 year contract from earlier no contract when Verizon offered a good price deal. The order was supposed to have the monthly bill $35.59 I recieved the confirmation with the details below as well.

When I checked the first bill I have been charged more (it seems some rebate is not applied which was in the original contract).
Fios Internet 50/50 added 11/25 ($49.99/mo. for 26 days) $43.32 which is more than the whole month of expected charge.
When I contacted the support it said this is waht it is, when I asked why the original contract changed and billed more they send the info to some internal team. Its been about a month and no response at all from the verizon, I have already been charged more in the first month of the 2 year contract!!! Is it they are enticing the customer with 2 year contract offer but then charge whatever they want after the contract. Is there a way to escalate this.
