Nearly a week has transpired and we've received no resolution to our problem. I received email survey, made time to respond but still no reply from Verizon.
On 1/3/18, after wasting 2 hours on phone with more empty promises (e.g., one gave me a non-existent email address and another phone number that is not in service) by Verizon employees, in desperation I posted to this Forum with hopes of finally getting my issue escalated. Yet again, no response!
This is my last attempt to gain a response from a Verizon supervisor/representative who has the authority to resolve our issue, once and for all; otherwise, it's on to another service provider!!!
