I received a mail from IC systems saying that I owed $39.99 to Verizon. I was surprised as I called to cancel my fios service and was told with certainty that I didn't need to pay anything. My fios service started on Sep 12, 2017 and I called to cancel it on Sep 13, 2017. I believed that nice customer service agent and thought everything was settled.
After receiving such a mail, I called Verizon and my call was always transferred to that collection company. I hope Verizon can take a look at this problem and give me an explanation. Thank you!
