I signed up with Verizon in November 2017, I was told that my connection fee of $99 has been waived and my set up fee was going to be $125, once off. When I provided my credit card I was charged $250. I called Verizon at the end of November and was told by an agent that I had been refunded the $125. I have not received the refund up to this day. I have called Verizon countless times and spent over 4.5 hours on the phone being passed from one person to another and long holds in between, yet no one has been able to help me. When I am being transferred the agent has audacity to ask me when I will pay the monthly bill. I have been promised to be called back a couple times but I have not been called.
