Haven't received the refund after termination for more than 6 months

Hi:

I am waiting for my refund check for more than 6 months. I also called the customer service several times and each time they said the check will be mailed out but still get nothing so far. Anyone faces the same situation before? Or anywhere I can file a complaint?
