I transferred my service and the agent offer me some good discount so I locked in for 2 year. Verizon first bill cane after almost 50 days.
When I checked it, they charged $25 more than what they committed. I have the email as proof.
now when I called the customer service they said they can't give me the $25 valued cuatomer discount. Which they committed at the time when I called to setup the connection.
is there any way to file a complaint within Verizon and get it resolved OR the only way to get it resolved is via BBB/my local consumer protection office?
any helful response will be appreciated!
