I couldn't get in touch with customer service (the website directs you 1800 verizon which only for verizon wireless which i dont have, so I'm trying the forums instead). With a variety of devices (iPad, tv, iPhone, Nest) Ive experienced frequent dropping of wifi connection. Its working fine for a few minutes and then no websites load. This has happened repeatedly for the past week. Can't stream video (Amazon kicks me off, games kick me out). Ive tried resetting the router, resetting the ONT. The lights on the router are all green. I'm sitting right in front of the router so its not a location issue. Today the router lights all went out the red power light came on and then rebooted on its own which makes think its a router issue. Have no idea what to do since I can't get in touch with Verizon.
