I called to reschedule the initial setup of my Verizon Fios Wifi. The initial wait time that was provided to me was roughly 11-16 minutes. However I was on hold for one hour and never received any service whatsoever. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful and as a paying customer I demand a prompt resolution as well as compensation for my time and undeserved patience.
