So, nearly three months after installation of FIOS, I can't get anyone to bury my line. 1000 feet of cable wrapped around my house. Called several times. Promised it would be done by Mid of June. Verizon guy comes out. Doesn't know why he's even at my home. I tell him he's here to bury my line. Tells me he doesn't have equipment. Call customer service again. Told I'd get a call within 48 hours. One week later, still no call. This company clearly doesn't give a **bleep** about their customers or the service they provide. A total JOKE!
