Hi, the fios wire that runs from the pole into my apartment is hanging over the sidewalk such that my landlord is demanding my roommates and I get Verizon to fix it and threatening not to give us our security deposits back if it doesn't get fixed. It doesn't seem like that big of a deal so I'm assuming they either got a complaint about it or are just trying to use it as an excuse to screw us over.
Can anybody direct me to somebody who can actually help with this problem? I am imagining a standard technician will say that it's not for hm to do and create an endless loop of forwarding the issue to somebody else.
